Sounds like there was bi-partisan distain for the current arrangement. One would hope that the BCS Cartel would closely consider that there are few issues that enjoy bi-partisanship support on the Hill these days.

Bring the house down! Hopefully some good will come out of these hearings. A class action suit is the answer.
