Quick question: who was the backup for Jared Romo in 2005? Remember Tony Eckert broke his collar bone.
Duke... but Justin was the true back up at that point.... or Sledge
I guess I had forgotten how thin we were back then.

Good luck is hard work.
Bad luck is bad management.
Bennett is going to "show them all" (the players) who's boss...and we'll all get a new coach in Dec.

We've had bad luck with QBs since the arrival of Cavan, not just Bennett.
The donkey's name is Kiki.
On a side note, anybody need a patent attorney?
Good, Bad...I'm the one with the gun.

For what it's worth Chris Phillips was still around. Was he injured? I thought he was just outplayed in camp. Not that having Phillips in the lineup suddenly made us deep or anything lol.

Exciting cases of this happening before with other players?

After seeing the Ponyfans.com homepage picture of Morstead kicking...
Who is going to be the new holder for field goals?
Ah-oh.

At least it is the back-up QB and we are not without a returning starter.
(unlike so many others in the past 5 or 6 years)
Go Ponies!! Beat whoever it is we are playing!! @PonyGrad

I thought regarding the lack of depth at QB, PB said, "We're not going to put ourselves in that position again?"
Do we have any scholies left? Anyone think we'll hear an announcement about our Ponies signing a Juco QB from San Luis Potosi Community College, who reported no offers and no Rivals ranking but is a fundamentally sound QB, whom we signed because we recruit kids, not recruiting rankings?

Still no confirmation from the DMN. Has me wondering if Slater really did leave.

So just how accurate is "word on the street" expony18? If it turns out to be a false rumor...there is going to be some really red faces on this board.
