You can tell that he really understands the basics of marketing. Must have had Richard Harvey's class when he was at SMU. Maybe we will finally see SMU merchandise at a few stores in the home town of Big D! Here is the link:

People watching is one of the best things to do out on the Boulevard. Some games are better than others and Parents Weekend is a for sure down spot. ( I had a friend that was very impressed with the Mommies )
I am sure the women folk like the Frat boys too.
As the recruits say... SMU stands for..
Super Model University.

But will there be maternity "'Vardrobe?" I'll be 7 months preggers by the home opener. I'm just praying for a cold snap.

So if we aren't supposed to wear read on Sept. 3, what color should we wear? Blue? White?

Where does it say not to wear red?

I've been to sporting good stores, mega-stores (i.e. Wal-Mart) and grocery stores in recent weeks that sold crap from UT, A&M, Froggy High and other schools -- nada from SMU. There are a lot of stores out there that need to start carrying SMU stuff. In the meantime, I got some shirts and hats from the Spirit Shop, and it's fantastic. Wearing it already -- sort of my version of 2-a-days, getting ready for the season.

Steve and Barry's Sporting Goods at Kingsley and Broadway in Garland has some SMU stuff. I got a cap and some shirts there. You should check it out sometime.

There's a Steve and Barry's at the Grapevine Mills mall, and one in Valley View Mall as well.

I went to Wal-mart at Midway & 635 about a month ago and they had several SMU hats...not necessarily "traditional" colors. Normally Lids is the only place off-campus that I can find any SMU hats.

That's okay...neither are the ones on mustanglockerroom.com.
They've got some good new stuff at the Barnes & Noble though. I dropped a couple hundred there last weekend.

Easy on the capslock there fellah.
I have several shirts from Steve and Barry's and they all have Peruna on them. Yes, they are crappy and cheap, but they do have Peruna.
However, I have only found Red or Grey shirts with Peruna. So far they have not had any blue ones. My experience with those stores is that quality varies from store-to-store and year to year.
