I'm with PK. I think it's crass to put advertising on the floor.
Crass...yes. But there is a bottom line to meet and I doubt that they would pass up an opportunity to make money. I would like it if they would leave the court just like it is in the picture. Just pay a little bit extra to get the scorer table advertising that actually works. They seem to be always fixing that thing and the advertising gets off by a frame or two. They aren't using that option to its full potential.

Maybe we can get the floor to look like a Nascar vehicle. Coach could tell the kids during a time out to "dribble down to Viagra, pass over to Cialis and if open take a shot at STP".

Were you looking in your medicine cabinet when you wrote that?

Pills are in my pocket. STP is in the nightstand.

Apparently, one of those energy drinks, Boost Plus, has the same effect as Viagra.

So...according to smumustangs.com there are four renovations that they mention. Now that the court seems to be in motion, the scoreboard is already up, and Crum Center is under construction...how soon will we get new lights and a sound system?

haha, that cracks me up del....how about a Troy Aikman Ford?
The stain makes a HUGE difference. Clean and simple lines are always the best. I'm glad they took the effort to do some research. In the past it seems like they would make decisions on their own and it showed.

Two other Moody factors. With many offices moved to Ford Stadium, that feels up space for widening the concourses, if needed, and, two, the concessions need upgrading.
Moody is a good size and with key rennovations will serve us and the teams well. Intimate, combined with class.

It's definitely needed. Even with sparse crowds for 95% of the games, it's hard to navigate the halls of Moody.

When Moody was built did feel as cramped in the corridors as it does now? Did people just get that much bigger?

That's the new American way isn't it? Bigger sideways must be better right?

The legal guys can readily correct me but it is my understanding that even a moderate rehab on Moody will require updating under the ADA and thus have to be very extensive and expensive. This is why they are not doing that at this time. Budget restraints are limiting them to only certain updates that are allowable without having to "gut" the whole building until the cash is in place to do a substantial improvement.
