Per Rivals, Tyler (Texas) Lee running back Jamal Mitchell picked up offers from SMU, Colorado, Kansas State, and TCUgly. The 5-10, 185 lb, 4.4 forty recruit says that it his favorites right now are SMU and TCUgly. He has been to SMU twice and really likes the campus so it appears that we have a great chance. However, he wants to wait until the end of the season before committing. He is rated 2 stars and 5.3 by Rivals.

TCUgly (whatever) is looking at him as a possible DB though will give him a shot at RB. He is doing very well in 7 on 7 and had a key int to get Laee into State this summer. His future is on the D but not sure what position SMU is looking at him to fill.
