Re: Will SMU be winless this season?Actually OldPony, Baylor did schedule Sam Houston State. They should win that one. Johnny would hate to think that Baylor's only wins will be against SMU and Sam Houston State. Johnny hopes that he is wrong. However, it is hard to get optimistic when Johhny has seen far to many defeats than victories on the Hilltop. I hope the Mustangs can prove Johnny Rock wrong.
Re: Will SMU be winless this season?Wow - 4 third party references in one posting - Gostangs thinks that is a new record for Johnny.
Re: Will SMU be winless this season?Prediction: SMU and my alma mater, Sam Houston State, will defeat Baylor. 'Nuff said.

Re: Will SMU be winless this season?just so you know baylor does have more than one big 12 will (and it is the big 12 not the big 11). and this will easily be a three win season for us. maybe the mustangs should go worry about their beemers and cell phones and let the real men wory about football

That was sarcasm. It is only the Big 12 if there are 12 Big schools in it. ![]() Go Ponies!!
Beat whoever it is we are playing!! @PonyGrad
Re: Will SMU be winless this season?Reality check for TrueBUfan...your athletic program has no hope after the recent scandal. Sure SMU has had its share of problems, but at least we won. Tell all of your hypocritical Baptist school buddies that the Mustangs are coming to town to kick some Baylor [deleted]. Do not worry. We will not take your women, because ours are better looking. Johnny changes his prediction....SMU will beat Baylor Saturday. Go Mustangs!!!!

The Big 11 reference was meant in jest. Baylor has no business being in the Big 12 and that means the conference would be one less. Re: Will SMU be winless this season? My mistake. Baylor is a member of the Big 12. They just can't compete in it.
On a good year though, they could come in 6th in the WAC. Uhh- Make that 7th.
