I can see the promo now, "Tune in tonight at 7pm to watch Things I Forgot About Football with SMU Head Coach Phil Bennett." This weeks episode will be "The One Where Phil Fakes the Swinging Gate."

Even though you guys have run this into the ground, I'll give you this one. Pretty funny.

Yeah, but it's a weekly show for OUR SCHOOL's coach — this is a huge improvement in exposure.
So here's your Saturday schedule:
Wake up.
Hit the snooze button about a dozen times.
Guzzle a gallon of coffee.
Watch a little of ESPN's GameDay, if you can stomach that much love for Charlie Weis.
Watch the Phil Bennett show, either at home or on the Boulevard.
Skip the rest of ESPN's pregame drivel.
Go nuts on The Boulevard.
Go watch the Ponies win.
(Pretty simple, isn't it? Glad to help — I'll send you an invoice .)

Uh, not if you tailgate properly by bringing your satellite dish to the Boulevard and are up and running no later than 10 am, like *some* groups do.

College Gameday is from 9 to 11 (I believe the expanded their hour and half coverage to 2 hours last year), and then some boring [deleted] Big 10 game between Purdue and Indiana comes on ESPN at 11, with play by play from the scintillating Pam Ward. Bennett's show will be much better than that.
