Supposedly a lot of schools have a rising star wearing No. 7 this year. Mel Kiper went on some kind of a rant about it. Must be a sure sign that Kennedy is a rising star, and that I should stop listening to that oil-headed Kiper guy.

8: Derrius Bell

See the Bailey comment. Same theory applies with No. 8 as No. 2.

Not as nice as if he went with a single digit, but still better than "traditional" DB number.

OUTSTANDING. Defensive linemen with numbers in the teens just look like beasts. Ask Allan Adami and Chase Schavrda and Kevin Aldridge .... and of course, the great Cory Muse.
