Baylor vs SMU - Battle for worst team in Texas?Given the lack of success by Baylor and SMU the last 3-5 years, does the loser of this game win the trophy for the worst team in Texas?
Peruna is my mascot!
Re: Baylor vs SMU - Battle for worst team in Texas?I am SICK of negative posts like this! BE POSITIVE!
Besides, that distinction would go to Prairie View A&M. ------------------ "Winning ain't everything...but it's a lot more fun than the alternative!" S.M.U. SPIRIT: IT STARTS NOW!
Re: Baylor vs SMU - Battle for worst team in Texas?hmmm, don't know. but i DO hear that you are in the lead for worst fan in texas.

Beyond a doubt, the Miners are the bottom of the 1-A barrell in this state, and CPC has the evidence to prove it. Rice shouldnt be on that list, they have had some respectable seasons. Some will tell you that a glass is half empty, and others that the same glass is half full. But all CPC really wants to know is...... does the drink taste good?
Re: Baylor vs SMU - Battle for worst team in Texas?Well Rice has lost several times to SMU the last 6 years and I'd rather get waxed by Texas Tech than Houston. As of today, I wouldn't put Rice ahead of SMU. I would say that its ironic that the recruiting hotbed of Texas has several of D-1s weakest sisters though: Baylor, Rice, Utep, Houston (winless last year?) and yes, our Mustangs. Houston might be turning things around and hopefully we can say the same sometime soon.
