Went to a couple of soccer games on a trip to Dallas a few years ago, and someone in the stands (I forget who) said Coach Erwin was responsible for recruiting many of the players on the guys' team. The women's coach at A&M has shown that if you can recruit great athletes, you can win, even without a shred of actual coaching ability. I'm guessing Coach Erwin is a better coach than that nitwit, and with his recruiting and coaching ability, we're on our way back to being the best team in the state.
