Road Woessome sobbering stats concerning SMU's road record since the DP. In 14 years SMU is 14-78 on the road for a gaudy .15% winning record.

Re: Road WoesI'm surprised we've won that many. Thank goodness for the WAC!
Re: Road Woescouldn't resist, Stallion. we are 8-19 on the road in WAC play since 1996, for a whopping 29% winning percentage.
and for those who care, we are 25-31 ovrall in WAC play, or 44% winners [This message has been edited by Charleston Pony (edited 09-14-2003).]
Re: Road Woestrue-obviously the reason for that sparkling record is we don't generally play the WAC in September.

Re: Road WoesActually we did one year when our first game of the season was played against La Tech...we lost of course.
SMU's first president, Robert S. Hyer, selected Harvard Crimson and Yale Blue as SMU's colors to symbolize SMU's high academic standards. We are one of the few Universities to have school colors with real meaning...and we just blow them off.
Re: Road Woeswe beat Tulsa at home to open our 1st WAC season in '96...that was the home opener that year and our only WAC win in Sept
