Well now, I think I see your problem...aren't you supposed to be making loans rather than trying to get a loan. Bankers...what are we going to do with them when they can't get that straight?

"Can't we just get a loan" is from my clients. I took 7 mortgage loan applications today and will be lucky if 2 of them make it. But then again, my business is thriving whereas the companies that would make loans to the other 5 are now gone.
