Tight ends

Post by WildHorse »

Are we now headed into the third game without having thrown a pass to a tight end? Trent Hrncir made a couple of catches last year, and I can't help but think Ryan Kennedy would be a very appealing target for Bartel. With no pure speed receivers except Griffin, the offense is handcuffing Bartel if he's not allowed to use his tight ends.

Good point. It's hard to be a good shooter when they don't let you use all your bullets.

Turn Kennedy loose up the seams of a defense and let's just see if someone can tackle the big guy. Even just establishing him as a possible threat might open up lanes for Kincade and loosen the defense on the receivers.
