For a team that hasn't beat Baylor in a long time and lost to UNT last year yall are sure good at running your mouths. Texas Tech will drill you today, and you may beat UNT but it will be a close game. I will agree with you that Baylor is down right now but SMU couln't beat them this year just as in years past. After watching the TCU vs. Baylor game I don't think TCU is as good as I thouht they were, but they will pound the fonies. The only thing SMU can beat Baylor at is getting the Bush Library. Baylor and SMU will have one thing in common at the end of the year and that will be finding a new coach.

It's not really a matter of whether or not TCU should be in a BCS conference or even if we should, at some point, be in one. The real thing is that Baylor should NOT be in a BCS conference...period.

Baylor's Texas governor treated Baylor a lot better than SMU's Texas governor treated SMU.

SMU would beat Baylor. It might be a close game if the Bears are lucky, but I don't doubt that SMU would beat Baylor this season (not last season though)...

question for Stallion - does Baylor's recruiting alone explain the results of this game? I would think that Baylor - although last choice of those choosing amongst big 12 schools, would still generally be thought to have out-recruited TCU over the last three years? Just wondering how you would compare them?

And for him to say Baylor would take out the "fonies" well yeah id hope so its a Big 12 team against CUSA team they should in theory win. But they are so bad i think smu would come out on top!
