It's worth repeating. Hopefully UNT's O line is a little smaller than Tech's, who were, on average, something like 4 inches taller and 80 pounds heavier than SMU's D Line.
It didn't matter who we played yesterday, if you can't bring the guys down they will keep running. They need to work HARDCORE on tackling.

Regarding the kick returns, I imagine the coaches have told Henderson to try to get is hands on every kick, even if they are kicking away from him - maybe that's what caused the confusion back there (got to make sure Mapps knows that, too)
"It'd be nice to see Jesse Henderson break one here."
TV guys (who are not always right but give them the benefit of the doubt) said the right hand returner (Henderson) is the "center fielder" and always makes the call. He should have been calling Mapps off and Mapps should have been responding. I do not know which one was not reacting properly.
Really shouldn't matter who is on what side, Henderson is the main guy (or center fielder), so it is up to him to call for the ball and everyone else to follow his directions. My theory is that is could have been hard for Mapps to hear him (and not from the ROARING SMU croud). Every instance of running into each other happened on the south end of the field - right in front of the loudspeakers they borrowed from the Motley Crue concert, and they were always blaring out some rap music during the kickoffs.
Only at SMU can we have our own "crowd" noise be a home field disadvantage.
