I knew I'd smoke one of those gullible losers out.
Now, tell me, you sound like you might be one of those NTSU fools who thinks that NTSU is stuck in the ShunnedBelt by SMU's doing. Are you? And if so, why do you hate your team so much as to admit that it lacks the ability to get invited to a better conference on its own merits?
Man with fans like that, NTSU doesn't need any enemies.

And let me guess, 21-10 means that SMU is better than TCU. As much as I would love to be considered better than TCU, it just isn't true. One game does not define a team. So come on, use your supposed secondary education to make a legitimate argument or at least use it to think before you open your yap.

Man, that conference affiliation stuff shuts their traps every time. Nobody from NTSU has ever answered that. Boys, not only have we blackballed them from better conferences, we've run 'em off ponyfans.com as well. My hat's off to the ponyfans for cleaning this place up.

Somehow I think our conference affiliation won't be much of a problem in the near future.
On another topic will one of you gentlemen please answer a question please. Can you carry a backpack into your stadium?

Yes. There are size requirements I'm not too sure about, but you can check that out here.

Nice bait, ain't biting. Besides, you know the truth, so why have me repeat it.
I read where you all are honoring the team that got you the death penalty. Is that right? By the way, they never won the National Championship, but I guess in waiting 25 years you are hoping nobody remembers, right?

The 1982 team did not get SMU the 'death penalty', moron. It was people like Sherwood Blount and former Texas governor Bill Clements, along with others, who were responsible.
By the way, where's North Texas State's or UNT's national championship trophy displayed these days? Also, where's your equivalent of Doak Walker's Heisman trophy displayed?

The truth is you think NTSU can't make it to a better conference on its own merits, whiner.

You are right... ...we don't have the cash to by our way in.
NT Fans... let it go. Win. lose or draw, we've never had our program shut down for cheating. SMU Cheated during its hayday, and every win from 1980-1985 is tainted.
Since 1989 SMU has only defeated 2 ranked teams, has only 1 winning season, and is 57-142-3. ...we have nothing to be ashamed of in the face of this record.
Let's leave these people to believe whatever they see fit about their place in the Metroplex/Texas sports scene as it relates to ours. Why get bent out of shape over their opinions?

Good to know the 1986 year wasn't tainted.
