There are coaches that build a good team with talent, but cannot put it all together. John Gruden took Tony Dungy's team and coached them to a championship. Perhaps Phil has built the foundation, but we need someone else to take us to the next level?

I want a bit of whatever the heck you're smoking. After all, if you were awake and watched the most recent Super Bowl, you would have seen what Tony Dungy did. Does this mean that we should start comparing PB to Jim Mora? Maybe we could get PB to do a rant about Playoffs.
