I'll check the secret list of conspirators who volunteer their time to SMU to see that NTSU never reaches its potential

I don't know. I might be willing to get into subprime for this one. High rate with adjustable in a year should be just about right to make good money and never see it finished. Of course that is pretty standard commercial lending anyway.

Dodge as personal guarantor. Then we could get him to do what ever we wanted when it was time to call the loan.

That is a standard clause in all of my loans.

Are we sure Riley is the first born. We may get stuck with someone like that Brittany apologist.

True colors? Yes, I will show my Mean Green when ever I see a cheap
pot shot at North Texas. Some of your pony fan comedians are funny!
Even after the game is over, the smack is alive and well. I really do
hope the NT-$mu series can be continued!
As far as bringing in a "big name" coach--it ain't gonna happen!
Better stick with any recycled football coach who is out of a job.
Hey- Flanigan is available right now!
What is the line this week vs the froggies? I sure hope $mu can win
the frying pan trophy, or was that the Geroge Foreman Grill award?
