It has never been a "hurry up" , it has been a "no huddle". Now they do a brief huddle. Malzahn at Tulsa runs a true hurry up/no huddle. They train them to get a play off within 5 seconds (I believe) of the ball being whistled into play. We just line up, in an effort to keep the defense from substituting and call the play after that. When substitution is attempted, as happened once with TCU, we go on a quick snap to catch them with too many players on the field and get a free play.
