I think the problem with the out of bounds call was that the video evidence was not "irrefutable" enough to override the call on the field. Had he been ruled out of bounds on the field, I think the call would not have been reversed. It was very hard to tell from the angles shown on CSTV. Which is the other problem, how many cameras were they using and what were the angles? A bad call on the field may not be reversed off the field.
