UTEP head coach Mike Price talks about reserves getting to play last week against Texas Southern, allowing LB Torrey Huckaby to return to the team after quitting last week, using the SMU game as a recruiting trip in the Metroplex, special teams playing a major role in the SMU game and the Miners still struggling at the receiver slot.

I saw where he also said that they will be missing several defensive starters for this weekend. Maybe it's finally time for everything to click.
Those who complain about a problem are simply wasting time they could use to fix it.

Potential is nothing, performance is everything.

I hope we did not put UTEP on the cover of the media guide again, that was so disrespectful.

I heard Coach Bennett made fun of that at his media lunch.

Said Brad somebody was the culprit (whoever prints those things, I guess).

I trust Coach Price got over that slap in the face?

I am sure he did. That was one of the worst ploys to get fan support I have ever seen. That being said, my family is from El Paso and it actually worked.
