Albertson's on Mockingbird Lane at Abrams Road has a very good collection of SMU apparel...polo-type shirts, t-shirts, hooded sweatjackets, caps, etc. I was there today. Go to the right side of the store after you walk in the front door and they're over in the corner along with the other Texas and Oklahoma based schools' items...but the manager has put the SMU apparel OUT FRONT!!!!!! :)

Albertsons will get my shopping dollar from now on. The Albertsons by TCU also carries a ton of TCU gear.

Funny, the Kroger at Mockingbird and Greenville doesn't have one item with SMU on it. Not a keychain, plastic cup, nothing. It does have a display of Texas and A&M stuff. Yet this Kroger gets a ton of business from SMU students and staff. It used to carry some SMU stuff, but no more.

Let's go Krogering - not.

Longtime, there is some SMU gear at that Kroger. Or at least last time I was there (Tuesday) there was some stuff. It's over on the way to the pharmacy near a stand-alone adult beverage display.

How appropriate. SMU gear near the drugs and booze.

Thanks. Didn't notice when I was in there last week, or on my last few trips there.

All jokes aside, when they remodelded that Kroger recently they turned it into a giant beer and wine store. Groceries are almost an afterthought at that Kroger. I assume that's because they can make a higher profit off beer and wine than groceries.
