WE NEED LINEMEN

Postby BUS » Thu Sep 27, 2007 5:00 pm

We need a herd of big, quick, linemen that can dance... have quick feet. Ones that can change levels and get under the other player.

40% of EVERY recruiting class should be BIG MEN.

Big Men are like the American Express Card - You do not go ANYWHERE without them.

maybe we could start handing out no-limit American Express cards to some of these big men to get them to SMU?
The donkey's name is Kiki.

On a side note, anybody need a patent attorney?

I would put a limit on it until they showed up on campus and were signed.

After all, we are not Aggies.

I saw Michael Carter and his son at the North Texas game. Mikie has turned out to be a big boy. Solid too. We calling that young man?

I don't care if he's adopted. If he's even related by adoption to the real Michael Carter, we'd better be.

Where does he play? Got any stats on the guy?

If he is following in dads's footsteps, I am sure he will be looking for a school with a solid track program.

if that's the sophmore in high school, then yes he's already a highly rated shotputter. Count SMU out without a track team. Of course, what has he had 2 or 3 daughters who were state champion shotputters. One at UT and one at Rice. Nice bloodlines there.

Yeah, I know little Mike wants to thow in College too. Let's hope Steve gets the Men's program back in time.

And by the way, I'm pretty sure he's a Senior this year. He is around 6'2 or 3, and around 305 pounds...

could be wrong, but if he was a senior you'd think he would at least be in the Rivals database. Now that I think about it he was at least a sophmore last year.

Yep I remember talking to Michael and him saying he was a senior and I just checked the DMN website for Red Oak Football, and it has him listed as a Senior.

Michael Sr was my childhood hero, I still worship the guy.

Michael Jr. is much bigger than his father was in high school. I'm hoping he has a good year in the shot put too. Sr. was to the Shot Put, what Motzart was to music. Athletic, Smooth, just something to behold.

Jr. Is going be his own man this year and I"m hoping to see him throw in the high 60s this year....nothing to sneeze at. He also seems to share his dad's love for the shot put and I'm not sure how interested he is in playing football in College.
