He gave you a 50% discount?

Looks like the Ags are destined to be a basketball school.

I always told him I was only going to read half of it and he believed me.

I don't think they are the only ones. The BCS super programs are/have destroyed college football. Many schools are finding that a good BB program with March madness are providing national recognition and substantial revenues, without the high costs associated with FB.

Had you heard of Valpraiso 10 years ago? I doubt it, unless you are a popcorn conoseur.
Just send 'da money.

"Franchione made subscribers sign a confidentiality agreement and said he doesn't believe any of the inside information was used for gambling, the San Antonio Express-News reported in Friday editions after obtaining a copy of the newsletter through a "third-party source."

"We asked them to sign something," Franchione said. "And for them not to do that. Most of these people are tremendously loyal Aggies."

The implication being the others are the scum of the earth?

The other issue is if the newsletter disclosed injury and medical information about the players you have a potential HIPPA violation and other state law violations regarding the disclosure of the student's personal and medical information. In some respects this is worse legally than any potential NCAA violation.

Interesting to watch how the Aggies try to sweep this under the rug and come up with execuses / explanantions for what happened.

Think good 'ole Belo Corp. / DMN / Dale Hansen even cover this story ?

My wife told me that was some kind of abbreviation for a Latin phrase that means "thank you for your business". She gets them all the time. So, I expect a "you're welcome".

Speculation: Is it possible that this is the beginning of laying the foundation to dismiss Fran "for cause" so they don't have to pay the ridiculous buyout?
