Doesn't look like they're gonna try anything for whatever reason.
Hand off and Mapps gets 5.
Another hand off and that's it. Check that. Timeout UTEP.
10 seconds to go.

Zach Sledge Caught It! Down to the 20-25 yard line!
Bennett wants there to be 1 second left on the clock. But not gonna happen.
End of the 1st Half
The SMU Mustangs 28
The UTEP Miners 14
SMU ball to start the 2nd half. Bennett got a penalty to end the half.

bonehead move by Bennett. Bad field position to start the 2nd half. Let's hope it doesn't change the momentum of this game

I came in late. Just finished a 100 mile bike ride. SMU bustd it open with a 28-7 lead. Man, I am in heaven. Then, SMU does its best to turn UTEP's QB into a Heisman candidate. So now I am worried as can be.

Sledge returns it to the UTEP 43 yard line!
Penalty though...and it's false start on UTEP. SMU 1st and 10 from the 38 yard line of the Miners.
