Okay, you root for the Mustangs to lose and I'll keep cheering them on to win out their remaining games.
It's a crappy job but someone's gotta do it.

Bye 27, SMU 3.

8:07 remaining in the game. If we score a TD we can still cover, but Bye has the ball right now and is driving.

SMU returned a punt all the way back to the Bye 2 yard line, but a block in the back all the way back at the SMU 20 called it back. Next play: jumped early, illegal procedure. Following back to back half the distance to the goal penalties, JWillis completed a 4 yard pass, but a holding penalty on SMU in its own end zone results in a safety.

Bye 29, SMU 3. SMU free kick coming up. 6 minutes and change to go.

Final: Bye 29, SMU 3.

For the record, Bye started 4 non-qualifiers and 6 JUCO transfers majoring in PhysEd. SMU must change. Bennett must go.

Okay, you caught me. One of the JUCOs was actually Bye's kicker. I guess maybe that should not count as a "starter".

If you are going to spend your Saturday afternoon checking ponyfans, or even better, being a pony fan, get a sense of humor.

I'm humored, yet perplexed at the same time.

I missed the safety. Jtstang stood up to sneak out and get a drink and blocked my view. He was, however, able to sneak back in after bringing a yellow shirt to my seats and making me admit that he had actually been in the stadium earlier sitting in my seat.

Same attendance as usual today. Boulevard was a little dead.

And I brought back two drinks, mrydel. Cheers.

Anymore loud/crazed outbursts from MM1965 after getting crushed by Bye? By the way, what is Bye's mascot now?

It was the Cupcakes until the NCAA made them change it because it was offensive to desserts. Options for Pansies, Patsies, and Creampuffs were rejected. I believe they finally decided on the Fuzzy Unicorns.
