SMU vs. Southern Miss., Who's making the trip?

Postby GeorgiaMustang » Sun Oct 07, 2007 6:14 pm

I am leaving immediately after my last class Friday to head to Hattiesburg. Hopefully it will be to watch our boys pull everything together and get rolling for the remainder of the season. Let's go guys. Y'all are a much better team that what you've shown so far.

Boycotting the game will do a lot more for the program.

I speak rather well. It's you we're not so sure about. You just worry about whether or not you've fleeced the oil market enough and make sure your conscious is clear if you came by your money "honestly".

If you want this to be a sparring match, just remember, I didn't start this. You did.

Muffie ain't all that.

Flying to Biloxi Saturday morning and driving to Hattisburg. No way would I stay home--I'm supporting the team regardless. And besides I love away games. Go Mustangs!

The game is TV, I think. I'll be sitting on my couch with a cold six pack at the ready. I have a feeling I'll need to drink all six.

Hattiesburg is a very nice old southern town. Really very charming in that old south kind of way. Campus is also nice although the frats are in dorms on different levels--kind of strange.

Like I told someone yesterday if we had a competitive team I would probably make the trip but I won't spend the time, money and effort on this present team. Hopefully in the near future I will have a reason to make away games again. I haven't been to one in awhile.

Obviously, you have not seen SMU play this season. Also, you couldn't be from Georgia if you cannot spell "y'all". Where you from?

First off, I haven't missed a game except the Arkansas State game. Yes, I have seen them play, and like my post said, they have potential to play better I didn't say they were playing well. YES I AM FROM GEORGIA. COLUMBUS, GA. If it makes you feel better, I'll fix my typo.
