If you look at the other NCAA coaches in the nation, you can not say we have not given Phil enough time.

There are only a handful of coaches with worst win percentages..

Syracuse - Greg Robison - .207 - 3-Years
Duke - Tedd Roof - .10 - 4 - Years
Utah State - .138% - 3- Years
UNLV - .20% - 3-Years

Nobody with 6-years is even close to Phil in regards to win percentages as they are all gone.
