According to Rivals, the 6-2, 176 lb Wide Receiver from Carrollton Creekview tore his ACL before the season started, but is still receiving interest. He has offers from Kansas and Tulsa. Also, he has been to several of our games and likes Coach Sawyer. Rated two stars 5.4.

We have not offered and I don't look for an offer until the current situation with the team is resolved. :?

I would think the health of his knee will play a greater role in whether he gets an offer. This staff is going to recruit until it is told not to.

Wasn't there a quote last year of Bennett essentially saying he put recruiting on the backburner to focus on winning key ballgames down the stretch or some such? Someone help me here. I remember seeing this and wanting to hit things.

With his job more on he line than it has ever been, do you think he is really looking all that hard at what a guy might be able to do for SMU 2-3 years from now???
