Sitting here in wondering what would be the correct thing to wear to the Tulane game next week...

Stallion, how about this idea (in the halloween spirit)... Expony should dress up like PB and you can be Orsini. Then, in grand fashion, you can fire PB regularly throughout the game, certainly drawing more cheers than anything that happens on the field will.
I'll be pretending to be from New Orleans: AKA Highly intoxicated

Amusing as some of these ideas might be, this kind of display will not be noticed by the coaches, but will be noticed by the players. These are the guys who are out there busting their tails in practice and in games. No, the results have not been what any of us has hoped for, but do not insult the players by publicly turning your back on them.
I'll be there in my red SMU jersey with my red SMU hat. We can win the Tulane game. Get out there and encourage the team, from start to finish, and be loud about it. Call Steve-O about the coaching situation if you have to, but don't turn on the players.

No, it's not a Kool-Aid issue - we all see the same thing. But if you're a fan of a team, act like it. When they win, you're not coming out just to see the coaches coach, right? You're there to see the players play. So come out and support them. Your other agendas don't get solved by bailing on the players or whining on a message board.

If we didn't have this board to vent on, we might just go crazy.
I will also point out that as a fan, booster, season ticket holder, and owner of a chunk of the BLVD, that if I want to wear a Pony Up for Terry Bowden t-shirt or wear a bag over my head and gripe about the coach then I believe that I have earned that right.
Also, I would like to point out that my wife has yelled at Ken Pye for killing SMU football, my brother has had Cave-in's daughter go postal on him after he questioned his football acumen, and if the opportunity presents itself I just might be standing over the tunnel at halftime of the Tulane game asking for SMU to Pony Up for Terry Bowden.
