Then again, you have to figure that the line isn't set based on how many points some "expert" thinks will represent the final margin. The line is set at the number the experts think will generate the most action on both sides of the line. Somehow I'm surprised that they think UTEP will get any bets made now.
If nothing else, this should generate more betting on the game than there otherwise might have been.
