What a pantload. Their idea of "customer service" is to return a coach's phone call about 3 months after new shoes (or whatever) are needed. They should have been fired years ago. From what I hear, the coaches are almost uncomfortable and unsure of how to behave around the adidas folks, because they're getting treated exactly the same as the big-dollar adidas programs (Tennessee, etc.) get treated. The folks at adidas actually treat their schools - all of them - like valued customers.
