LIGHTWEIGHT

Last week I weighed 299.

In 13 days I now weight 285. A fried got me on this nutritional eating program. Feel great and losing weight.

Best thing is low grocery expense and the lack of dishes to wash.

Now what was this subject about?

#1 SMU needs to take what the NCAA allows. JEEEZ that would be a change. #2 Have Sports Marketing, Physical Education degree for the physically minded person.
