lets fly his feelings to the DMN or whoever about "the model" or whatever he believes has contributed to his failure at SMU. Of course, if he doesn't blame the administration for tying his arms behind his back, I'm sure some will say he's just trying to protect the university or some such.

If SMU buys him out, I am sure there will limits placed on what he can and cannot say.

The game today is no reason to bring up "MODEL" talk...that was simply POOR coaching! We get 5 turnovers and can't put them away? Give me a break.

Pitiful. I remember laughing at NTSU for getting 7 turnovers and losing by 35. ...I'm not laughing so hard anymore. (Though it is still pretty funny.)

Of course it is reason to bring up the Model. Tulsa has out-recruited us over the past 4 years, has better athletes and were 14 point favorites going into the game.

It is Dallas versus Tulsa...no different IMO to Austin versus Waco.

Tell me again....when was the last time Texas was 14-point dogs to Baylor???

When Bennett came to SMU, he was touted as a recruiting wunderkind. The fact that he has been outrecruited by Tulsa, TULSA for a lot of kids that we were after speaks VOLUMES about his recruiting ability and lack thereof!
