I also agree on the stupid Katie the Greek comments. The SMU athletic budget shortfall is just paper money anyways since the Athletic Department gets to pick up the full costs for the scholarships they give. They really just using up extra spasce in classes froma tuition perspective.
I too am psyched by the triumphant return of the blog. It's about time we had something triumphant associated with SMU football.
One thought, though. If the process of finding a coach takes as long as you seem to think it will, given the intent of waiting until the season ends to interview other candidates, doesn't that squander the "head start" Orsini got by firing Bennett this early?
