People complain about JW just like they complained about Sasser. Each was the best player in his sport that SMU has had in 20 years.

BTW I have made my selection for the new coach but due to the writers strike I am out of my alloted time. Let's just say he is the best coach in America.

I thought Curry was excellent. Much better than the Followell and Sham who were obviously for the other teams. Bill Jones is very good also.

I agree, but remember where we are. We don't have strong competitive second strings at any position, better yet strong competitive first stringers. You are right, competition is good and JWill loves it. Competition makes people better or bitter. JWill has had to compete all his life. 6'1" 195, wow. High school he was 6'0' 185 maybe. When I coached him in tiger league football he was the starting middle linebacker at 96lbs in the 5th grade, just kicked [deleted] all year long. I know he is coachable, and I know his heart. he loves to read all the post, it makes him laugh (considering the sources). But he also knows that he will never please everybody and life goes on. He also understands he has a lot of work to do. He will be at the Manning Passing Academy this summer, as well as North Texas Passing Academy. Peyton Manning done some wonderful work with him two years ago. Invited him back, but JWill had to go to summer school.

Bigdaddy (if that's even your real name), your logic is innately flawed...you insinuate that PB's success as a Big 12 assistant in no way demonstrates an ability to be a successful head coach or have any type of mainstage power. Ironically, though, the very assistant coaches whom you wish we consult regarding Mack Brown's alleged inability to coach undoubtedly would have been the masterminds of UT's '05 MNC (per your assertion that MB is the worst coach in the country), single-handedly trumping the alleged void of a head coach in Brown.

FUNDAMENTALS: 1.) Knowing when to tuck the ball and 2.) knowing when to pop your collar.

What the hell? Have you read any of my post? I am a PB supporter? Actally supporter of any coach. You lost me with the insinuates and mainstages, and alleged scares me, and assertation. What the hell is trumping the alleged void? Speak english [deleted]! And stop making fun of me, you know I can't spell, now you are messing with my reading. Had to go get the dictionary for your post. It is not suppose to be that complicated.

I apologize for having attended an undergraduate program ranked in the top 5 nationally and a top 10 graduate program. Ironically, both were state programs, neither of which required my "bigdaddy" to subsidize my education by paying private school prices for a subpar education.

I must now go polish my moves to the Soulja Boy.

You can coach in the ACC and SEC. Those coaches run a business, not coach. Ask the assistants at UT. Mac Brown worst coach in the country, good business man. PB had succuess in the big 12 as an assistant, so what is your point? Is he coaching now, and why not? Find that info, since it was easy for you to find the coach of the year crap.

Actually, Bennett is coaching now until the end of the season.
