Why did the 'Where would you get an SMU tattoo" thread get deleted? It was comic gold, and no more worthless than the thread where people post consecutive integers.

While more tragic, that one is at least understandable.

Where's the love!?!??!??!
I am saddened by the loss of the scarlett thread. I don't really know what happened on the tattoo thread.

You received your first one. I don't know who is the recipient of the second one although you most likely get partial credit.

I am now a productive member of the pf.com underground community.
Here's to making the general board THE place to be on ponyfans.... or at least making it the second most popular behind the football board.

"I'm growds up!"
Which thread do I definitely get the shoe for? ... I'm thinking the profanity laced story and all the pictures of Miss Johansson - though I think the animated .gif that I don't recall who posted - were the nails in the coffin.
Pehaps the suggested placement of a tattoo that I won't get (and I even used a PC, if not antiquated term for my derrière) was part of it though, I don't think that crossed the line.

Believe it or not, there is a possibility that the BC may close at the end of the year..

NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!
Well sheeeoot, the King is dead, long live the King.
Well as long as it's scummy second cousin the Lakewood Landing sticks around I'll be okay. Though it's, admittedly, not the same without Lucille.
Is it just me or did she look like she was probably secretly married to the Crypt Keeper?

Never been there, believe it or not. As far as the BC goes, it's still one of those unknown things. The people that own the theater are wanting to jack up the rent and the guy that runs the BC is not wanting to pay it, so it may close at the end of the year. I'd hate for that to happen because I go up there regularly and sit in with the guys up there and it would weaken what's already a hard up jazz scene around here. That and I've gotten to know the people that work there and, for most of them up there, that's really all they have.

Double damn.
Hey, what's that guys name? The guy who tickles the ebony and the ivory? I can't believe I am blanking on his name...
I was ther (randomly) for his 800th birthday or somesuch... hope he;s still alive and playing and crooning.
SO I guess my question is - the old dude, who's been there forever - he's still there and alive, I hope, right?
Please say this is so?
Also, I was a late bloomer - the first girl I ever kissed (awww how sweet), when I kissed her that first time, was outside the Balcony Club. Many, many, many more memories other than that one happened there. Really would be devestated if that one were to fall to the wayside.
So hey, you gonna' be sitting in Thursday or Friday? I'll be in town, thinking of heading there one of the two nights..... and the other of those two nights?
The Meridian Room.
