Just heard on the radio, there is going to be a Bowley and Wilson reunion show. No details yet, but it looks like it is going to happen.

If you have to ask who/what is Bowley and Wilson then you need to get your jammies on and take your afternoon nap.
Just send 'da money.

Random question for the old folks who may have been on campus in the 50s.

I just met a fellow alum -- Jim Smith, I know generic name -- who graduated from SMU in 1958. Does that name ring a bell with anyone?

We must be kept informed. Surely they were one of the Knuckleheads' biggest influences??

And let's not forget the classic "Please Don't Say F*** You, When You Leave". It was never the same after they let Up Your Alley on Yale and moved over to Greenville Ave. I think one or both of them are alumni.

They played at a reunion party for our class awhile back, and quite frankly, they were dirtier than I remembered. Still funny, though. I guess I'm just more PC sensitive than I used to be.

Not really, a block or so north, right behind Parkit Market.

Jenney Bear, Waterhole(where I bartended) , Up Your Alley and Cardinal Puffs was a one stop drinking center in those days until the mixed drinks and appetizers crowd moved those places out.

Don't forget the Stables. Dirt floors and roaches crawling across the table with Shiners and LSB on tap.
