Has anyone else noticed that we are currently losing to Alabama State?

lost by 10...safe to say we're gonna have issues in moody this year, what else is new. maybe instead of starting out with a good record and then collapsing, it'll be the opposite this year?

I went to it. Not a Cowboys fan but that affected the game. Less than 1,000 in ther. Yikes.

1. Bamba was better in double figures and about 5 blocks.
2. Papa Dia was better in the second half after a poor first.
3. FT shooting was better. Last count 8-11.
4. Bennie Rhodes is interesting but very raw.
5. Alex Malone is probably going to be our most consistent player.
6. Derrick Roberts disappeared tonight but also didn't play much.
7. Perimeter shooting was bad -- 2-11 last I remember.
8. Kwiatkowski played one minute and was lost.
9. We couldn't run the break and won almost no loose balls.
10. Mike Walker was nothing special tonight.
11. Defense was OK.

Scratch my sock door prediction. This group will be lucky to win 10 games this year. And I think the people who wanted this group to play Wichita State and Creighton better wait on that for 2 years.

This is a .500 team with this schedule. They will get better.

Killen actually looked better this year.

I have never been a Killen fan and still think he is a liability (I know he is a great guy and all that) but he looked A LOT more confident with the ball this year. We need a senior to stand up and it is going to be him, because Derreck does not look like he wants to be out there.

I was in N but I don't have season tickets. I usually get GAs but a friend of mine left his with me for this one.

And I meant 2-11 from 3-point range.

As I saw it, we got way behind in the first half because we were cold shooting and we had no offensive rebounding. It seemed like we went 10 minutes without a point. Got back in the game in the second half but sloppy play only allowed us to get as close as 4. This team is much more tallented than the last several years but it will take awhile for them to put it together. I have enjoyed watching them play because they do hustle and occasionally make spectacular plays. They all seem to like each other and want to play team ball. A work in progress.

the first two games speak for themselves. guess what though, we are a D-1 school so we should play D-1 programs with similar resources. that means creighton and wsu types at least.
