What are the chances Orsini has already signed a coach to a contract? The coach would have to be someone who's not under contract and you miight upset fans who'd be pissed off from not being told. It's unlikely but you remove a lot of unknowns from just having a verbal and you don't have the mess of having Bennett sharing offices with his replacement which also looks pretty bad to the outside world.
