He had total control in KC, as well as in Cleveland. He is incredibly intense, but very boring offensively. His son is the OC for the Jets, so he may also be looking for a change of scenery next year (plus he's very young). I just don't see it happening however--I don't know if he has got the strength in his older years to take on this type of reclamation project.
