Hopefully all of the above since there will only be four receptions. I gather this is an attempt to increase donations to the MC and keep the attendance at a manageable level since the location is not very big. I got my card but it is not laminated, The receptions are December 5 (TCU), January 26 (UCF), Feb. 9 (RICE) and March 5 (Memphis). These are not necessarily receptions for season ticket holders but for MC members at the $500 level and above.

We use to have to donate $600 to get into the Stadium Club at Texas Stadium.

Orsini is really big on implementing top 25 changes.....except on the court or field......

I give $300 a year to the Mustang Club....have had season tickets for 12 years but now I am no longer good enough to drink flat Coke and eat stale popcorn...

Best thing to do is work at a company that matches donations...

Maybe some Pluckers Wings and Snuffer's Cheese Fries and a keg of beer!

Hopefully it'll be a Snickers wrapped in a $100 bill.

Yes, but you're still welcome to come back again.

Come on dude, we all appriciate that Pluckers has alot of SMU gear in it, but their food is downright awful. And gave me food poisoning once.

Thoroughly underwhelming is the perfect description for that "priviledge".

I can assure you that if you walk into that room and don't already know someone else in there, you will be a very lonely soul. Nobody will even smile at you much less talk.

Personally, I love their food. I've never had any problems with it and I eat there about once per week. I've had almost everything on the menu. It doesn't help me lose weight, but it sure is good.

I have the same experience and I have gone to most over the last saveral years. Get my snack and go back to the seat. This is true of many SMU athletic social events.

That might be part of the reason why I don't want to go to the $500 level. I want to contribute and help the kids, but it's the snobbery I can do without.

That's the most expensive Coke (soft drink version) you'll ever put to your lips.

When I read the letter, I got the impression that these four events were in addition to the normal Mustang Club halftime events................
