OT....ASU Mustangs????

Arkansas State has narrowed its choice for new mascot down to 12. One of the choices is Mustangs. I hope they go a different direction. I was sad to see that "Engines" did not make the final cut.

I was saddened to see that they didn't even consider the "Harley -Davidson's" which would have allowed ASU to refer to themselves as the Hogs.

Can not take credit. At the ASU game we met some ASU tailgaters who were past players and supportive alums and they were mad about the change and said they had put that name in the hat for consideration but did not think it would get far.
