No kidding. Last year after we beat Tulsa, I was about to go over the railing, but the [deleted] SMU police officer told me he'd arrest me if i stepped foot on the field without going down the stairwell.
Those who complain about a problem are simply wasting time they could use to fix it.

Watched the UA/Oregon game and could not help but think about how U of A has struggled and needed some motivation. They went and got a BIG NAME hire. They still struggle but you could feel the enthusiasm from the crowd. Stoops is going to stay at AZ. Also thought about ASU and last year under Koetter and attendance dwindling with no hope in sight. They went out and made a BIG NAME hire and are now in the PAC-10 drivers seat to go to the Rose Bowl under Erickson. SMU must do a BIG NAME hire. That changes everything. You want a sea of red/blue then hire someone with some star power and people will see there is hope. Having only posted on this board for a short time I can feel the desperation. I hope Orsini or Turner or whoever runs things at SMU reads this board because they might GET IT. If it takes more $ then some Dallas, Alum, Methodist, Texas millionaire/billionaire will just have to find it. This hire is just to important.
