Was he hanging out with the rest of the Three Amigos, PB and Guy Morriss?
No, but I did se Morriss walking out of Underwood Law Library wearing a kids size Speed Racer halloween costume. Not sure what that was about.
Did he have Oscar or Chim Chim in the passenger seat?
We can all use more Chim Chim takes!

This will not happen. Orsini has his job on this. Way to much about SMU and being a top 25 school. He will hire someone with a big name. He said it on his posts. Folks in Texas and Ark. may think Nutt is a big hire. No person, outside of Texas or Ark. thinks like that. Will no be Nutt.
Forget that. Arkansas and their [deleted] alumni are about to make a mistake like Nebraska and Ole Miss did.
Nutt is two time SEC head coach of the year (including last year), has led Arkansas twice to the SEC championship game (also including last year), has to have extensive relationships with Texas high school coaches right now, and with the exception of a small scandal involving a certain couple of kooks now at Tulsa has had pretty much a clean run in Fayetteville and has never once been fired from a school. He is very much a big name and he hasn't been sitting on the sidelines for years.
I mean, for God sake, his tenure at Arkansas has been better than Franchione's has been at TAM, and with the exception of one season better than Bowden's at Auburn. And frankly, it's the people in Texas and surrounding areas we need to be impressing anyway, not some analyst in New York.
IF NUTT WANTS THIS JOB (and he most likely doesn't) GIVE IT TO HIM AND DO IT NOW.

"Not that we didn't know it but Arkansas now has an opening.
Houston Nutt leaked through some of his friendly reporters today that he has 4 offers but the jobs still have coaches so he waiting to see. I say he has offers, Baylor and SMU. Take the SMU gig, you'll thank me for it. Nutt leaked this info to attempt to drive his price up in upcoming negotiations. HE IS NOT ALREADY SIGNED WITH BAYLOR. It is a distinct possibility but he has not signed a deal. Georgia Tech and Central Florida are still on his radar"

Cross Houston Nutt off the list. He will NOT be SMU's next coach.

According to this news report (see the video after clicking on the link) Nutt is done at Arkansas:

We would be so [deleted] tired of Houston McNutt so [deleted] fast it would make your head spin....he is the John Edwards of football coaches, completely full of [deleted]. But, would go 4-7 / 7-4 for us, but we would have a have an air sickness bag handy just to handle his crap....

His voice and hand movements, remind me of a young Jerry Jones.

DMN Blog
Kate says nothing is imminent for SMU, but that might be just to wait until the end of the season to announce anything. Who knows.

You can, but Frank is being put out to pasture... he is being removed from decision-making and selection processes.
