yes, i understand you fully and acknowledge the fact that hes still a young maturing adult but when you want to lead a D-1 team...you sometimes have to be mentally tough and i dont feel as if JW is there yet...

we'll have 2 years and a new coach to figure that out.

A possibility of being the leader for 4 seasons. Does that just burn you up JT?
