So has Bennett...for 6 years..so? Kragthorpe is only marginally better IMHO
uh?
In his first season at Tulsa, Kragthorpe guided a program that had won just two games during the previous two seasons to a 8â€"5 record and its first bowl game appearance since 1991. In 2005, Tulsa won the Conference USA championship and then went on to beat Fresno State in the AutoZone Liberty Bowl.
2003 Krag's Tulsa 8-5
2005 Krag's Tulsa 9â€"4 W AutoZone Liberty Bowl
2006 Krag's Tulsa 8â€"5
Since when did Bennet come even close to this?
well it's starting to look like Krag is coming

Bennett has been a coach of a losing program for 6 years. Kragthorpe turned a perenially losing program into winners 3/4 years he was there. Not the same.
Bennett, arguably made an already bad program worse. We won 3 games in Cavan's last season, 3-0-3 Bennett's first three seasons and 1 so far this season.

If UL wins on Saturday, then SMU will hire Barnett!
My "secret informant" is on duty all weekend in the VIP take off/landing area at Love Field. We've agreed to maintain an open line beginning Saturday afternoon (should somebody show up).

You might go bail him out, he got caught tapping his foot in the men's room, again.

Yeah, I forgot to add my usual disclaimer.."relatively speaking he is only marginally better..." In other words, I don't see Kragthorpe taking us to top 25 status and therefore not the hire we need to make. He never took Tulsa to a 11-1 or even 10-2 record in C-USA, but Patterson over in Fort Worth has done that for TCU. Surely we can do better!Insane_Pony_Posse wrote:So has Bennett...for 6 years..so?
