Helmet Sticker Rewards for Superior Performance

While watching the Clemson Tigers play South Carolina play their game, I noticed that several of the Tiger players had half their helmets covered with stickers. I have always noticed that some teams, like Ohio State, have stickers for their players helmets that denote superior performance. It seems like an idea that our new coach might consider. Apparently it does get some recruits attention as noted in the article linked below:

Yeah, Smith put little horseshoes on the back of the healmets back in the 1970s. Worth a try.

As I recall, yes. The problem is that the team had to actually win to get the horseshoes.

i like the idea, i think horseshoes would be perfect. i remember reading about teams in the past, you get one for a big play, good practice, showing leadership, etc.
