Girls are up on Kansas by 12 points 50-38 with 10 minutes to go.

Dodds already has 22 points and she is now the #4 scorer in Mustang history! 8)
Nell is 14 away from moving into 3rd all time, she should pass that this Wednesday against SFA.

I am going to avoid the obvious joke here.

I've heard Coach Rompola and the radio guy refer to her as "Nellie," so yeah, I guess that's her nickname. Maybe XtC is friends with her?

I sat next to some Kansas fans at the tournament games, and they had basically 3 things that they mentioned:

1. They thought we had a good team.
2. They thought they officiating sucked (so does everyone, suck it up).
3. They thought it was pitiful that we couldn't manage to get a band or cheerleaders to either game. They commented that that would never fly at a "big time" program. So I guess we still aren't acting "top 25 in everything."

I would've been there.

SMU should pay for me to go to every game, I'll make up for the lack of SMU fans.

And my tuition...

Can't hurt to ask. A bunch of women's soccer players came back early to sit in the rain and cheer for the guys' game. If every band member and cheerleader had been asked to do the same, we might have gotten at least half of a spirit squad.

I don't think everybody gets the sarcasm in your statement.
"He was quoting the Bible, Revelations. 'Behold the pale horse.' The man who 'sat on him was Death... and Hell followed with him.'"

Come to think of it, the band has only been to 1 women's game so far this year. So much for "The Hub of SMU Spirit."

How many thanksgivings were we required to stay in town to play at a game, it was at least 2, and I would have done it for all 5 had the schedule required it.

And that was when we only got Thursday and Friday off from school...not the entire week.

Sure, I have an extra. I have season tickets in the blue seats, but I got an extra season ticket as one of the perks for joining the booster club (which came with a slew of bonus items, this year). So, if you would like one, I can let you have the extra. It's general admission, I think.
