IMO the Sunbelt, half the teams in the WAC, MAC and CUSA should not be in division one.

thats why all those conferences you named only get 3-5 bowl teams a year...limit the non BCS schools and give the BCS schools a min. of 6 and at most 9

No one deserves to go to a bowl at 7-5.

Don't necessarily disagree. However, that would mean eliminating some bowls. Any recommendations?

Not really. I'm just ready for a playoff. Obviously, the extra practice is nice but I've never understood why they don't allow all schools to practice for the extra 3-4 weeks. After all, the schools that aren't in a bowl game are the ones that could use the practice.

JT, Big XII already has 8 & Big X has 7 so that equation is already solved.

Bowl games scould be used for the playoff system.

Drop conf playoff games; drop 1 pre-season game; then, start the playoffs 1st round Thanksgiving weekend.

Then, 2 weeks off for finals, and play the last 3 rounds. It gives the fans what they want, 16+/- teams an opportunity to prove who is best, and then ESPN gives NCAA another cash cow to feast upon.

The building is still there. Bowled a few 'beer frames' there, too. It's been converted into a children's theatre.
